1. Membership

Memberships are billed monthly on a recurring basis. You may cancel your membership at any time, and it will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

2. Fees

All memberships include a $4/month technology fee. A one-time $25 platform setup fee is charged at registration. Missed sessions may incur a $20 fee. Booking beyond your membership allocation incurs a $20 exceeded benefit fee.

3. Booking and Cancellation

Sessions must be booked in advance through our platform. Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before your scheduled session to avoid a missed session fee.

4. Facility Rules

All members must follow facility rules posted at each location. Swish365 reserves the right to revoke membership for violations of facility rules or disruptive behavior.

5. Liability

Members use Swish365 facilities at their own risk. By using our facilities, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with basketball training and physical activity.
